Originally from overseas, Nancy's formative years in Canada began when she was 12. Nancy’s academic endeavors led her to secure a BBA with a dual concentration in Human Resources and Marketing from Simon Fraser University.
Nancy embarked on her professional journey in the insurance industry in 2020 with Canada Life, where she applied her marketing acumen as an associate. Her career trajectory took a notable turn in 2023 when she assumed the role of Client Success Leader at Joy Financial. In this capacity, she's committed to elevating client satisfaction, managing requests with precision and care, and contributing to a culture of service excellence.
